Job Description As a Scientific Documentation Specialist, you will be working with a well versed and driven service team of Scientific Writers and Scientific Documentation Specialists. In this service team you will primarily be focused on providing support to the Analytical Development Dissolution Sciences department. In the role of Scientific Documentation Specialist, you will be: Compiling data needed to create the scientific documents in support of the Scientific Writers. Providing data entry in various databases. Adding data in Calculation templates. Creating graphs and tables containing all data required for the scientific documentation. Performing a ‘sanity’ check on the data delivered to the Scientific Writers. Reviewing data obtained by tests in the labs, checking if the data is correct. Uploading and following-up of documentation in the documentation system. Collaborating with Analytical Development Data Integrity team. Compiling low complexity scientific reports.

Qualifications A Bachelor degree in Administration. A Scientific background is a plus. Experience or knowledge in Dissolution sciences or pharmaceutical sciences is an asset. Outstanding written and communication skills in English. Excellent computer & software skills (able to learn to work with different tools and document management systems). Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Showing initiative, assertiveness in follow-up of requests, pro-active approach. Accurate and Detail oriented. Team player mentality, but able to work autonomously.

Additional Information A full-time (40hours/week) Monday – Friday job. A Permanent contract with flexible working hours. (Can start between 7am and 9:30am) Place of work: Beerse, Belgium.
