Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry who can effectively bridge business and technology teams, drive requirement clarity, and contribute to successful product delivery. Key Responsibilities & Skills Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including requirement gathering, user story creation, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery practices.

Experience creating and maintaining requirement artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, workflow diagrams, mockups, and functional specifications. Basic technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, application logs, system integrations, and related technology concepts to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.

Practical experience using AI-powered tools to support documentation, research, analysis, and productivity improvements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams. Ability to analyze business problems, identify solutions, and translate requirements into clear and actionable deliverables.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucid chart, or similar tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Business Analyst (5+ Years SaaS Experience)
