WHO WE ARE EnableComp earned its reputation in the toughest corners of the revenue cycle by solving the complex claims no one else could. We developed Complex Revenue Intelligence™ (CRI), a smarter approach to predict and prevent revenue loss. Powered by the e360 RCM® AI-driven platform and the most expansive complex revenue cycle data set, today EnableComp helps more than 1,000 hospitals nationwide recover $3 billion annually from complex claims, denials, and revenue recovery.

By cutting through complexity, we help hospitals thrive, resulting in recognition as Black Book’s #1 Specialty RCM provider for complex claims and revenue integrity in 2024 and 2025, a multi-year Top Workplaces honoree, and a SOC 2 Type II and HITRUST e1-certified platform. Our Vision is to empower healthcare providers to focus on patient care, not revenue cycle complexity.

Our Mission is to uncover what others miss—turning every client dollar recovered into insight that helps prevent future loss. We live our Core Values of Uncompromising Integrity , Ecstatic Clients , and Empowered Team Members by operating with trust, accountability, and a “we before me” mindset.

We pursue Innovation and Profitable Growth through continuous improvement and thoughtful problem-solving, and we believe work should include Fun —celebrating success, recognizing our people, and maintaining healthy work-life balance. POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Demand Generation owns EnableComp’s demand generation engine — planning and executing the multi-channel campaigns that build pipeline, and, as our first dedicated content hire, creating the blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture content those campaigns run on.

This role builds on the technical infrastructure the GTM Engineer maintains and the positioning the Director, Product Marketing sets, translating both into campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Manager will partner closely with Product Marketing, the Commercial Enablement Director, the Manager of Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, and the SDR function to ensure a consistent, well-coordinated path from first touch to qualified pipeline.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports at this time. The Job Responsibilities Include: Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels. Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report on campaign performance against revenue goals.

Manage the demand generation budget, tracking spend against ROI and reallocating based on channel performance. Own funnel content end-to-end: blog posts, ebooks/guides, landing pages, and nurture email copy that fuel campaigns — this is our first dedicated content hire, so the expectation is building the engine, not just staffing it.

Ensure all campaign content reflects current positioning and messaging maintained by the Director, Product Marketing. Establish a scalable, repeatable content calendar and production workflow. Build and manage lead nurture email programs and campaign workflows inside HubSpot, working within the lead scoring and account routing logic the GTM Engineer designs and maintains.

Partner with the GTM Engineer on campaign-specific automation needs and data requirements, without owning the underlying tech stack, integrations, or scoring/routing architecture. Monitor and troubleshoot campaign-level workflow issues, escalating systemic or infrastructure issues to the GTM Engineer.

Partner with the Manager, Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships on webinar and event promotion strategy, registration goals, and post-event lead nurture (Events owns strategy, logistics, and execution; Growth Marketing owns the pipeline goals and follow-up). Partner with the Director, Product Marketing to ensure campaigns and content reflect current narrative, positioning, and competitive messaging.

Partner with the SDR function on lead handoff, MQL quality feedback, and conversion tracking. Analyze campaign and content performance data to identify what’s working, kill what isn’t, and continuously optimize for MQL volume, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition. Stay current on emerging channels and AI-powered marketing/content tools, piloting new tactics to keep programs ahead of the curve.

Other duties as assigned. Requirements &

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related B2B marketing role. Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or another complex B2B industry is a plus.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Strong writing skills — comfortable independently drafting blog posts, email copy, and landing page copy, since this role owns content without a dedicated content team behind it.

Strong analytical skills, with experience pulling and interpreting campaign data to make decisions. Comfort partnering with a technical GTM/RevOps function (e.g., a GTM Engineer) on automation and data needs without owning the underlying systems. Regular and predictable attendance.

Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use office applications, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), Zoom, and other learning technology. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Special Considerations & Prerequisites: Practices and adheres to EnableComp’s Core Values, Vision and Mission. Individual contributor role; no direct reports at this time.

A great candidate is self-directed and comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems; treats data hygiene as non-negotiable; and can translate technical workflows into plain-language impact for Sales and Marketing stakeholders. Strong project management and prioritization skills; comfortable running multiple campaigns simultaneously.

A bias toward experimentation and iteration, including piloting AI-enabled content and marketing tools. Minimal travel required (less than 20%), primarily for occasional team or company offsites. Ability to work at a computer for extended periods; standard office or remote work environment.
