As a Junior Integration Support Specialist, you will help ensure partner integrations run smoothly by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with both external partners and internal teams. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, technical communication, and working with APIs and integration-related issues. Responsibilities Support partners with API integration issues; Guide partners on the correct use of API methods; Analyze and troubleshoot client-server errors; Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and partner representatives; Monitor integration performance and quality; Communicate integration issues and troubleshooting progress to partners and internal teams; Collect and analyze integration statistics to identify optimization opportunities; Register partner requests and improvement suggestions in the task management system; Conduct calls and meetings with partners on technical topics; Provide technical expertise on integration improvements and enhancements; Maintain internal documentation and coordinate updates to external documentation. At least 1 year of experience in technical support; Experience analyzing logs to troubleshoot issues; Understanding of API fundamentals, client-server architecture, and HTTP methods such as GET and POST; Experience with API testing and debugging tools such as Postman; Ability to work with JSON and XML; Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or similar solutions; Basic knowledge of SQL; English level B2 or higher (both written and spoken). Preferred Skills: Experience creating and maintaining documentation in Confluence or similar wiki tools; Experience working with task-tracking systems such as Jira; Experience with help desk systems or CRM platforms.
