Key Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet functionality to expand system utilization
- Partner with clinical, operational, and analytics teams to identify opportunities for improved population health management
- Develop and enhance registries, care gap reporting, quality measures, and population health workflows
- Support data extraction, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide break/fix support for Healthy Planet functionality
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization efforts
- Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable Epic solutions
- Support training and adoption efforts to increase end-user engagement with Healthy Planet tools
Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience as an Epic Analyst with Healthy Planet certification required
- Strong hands-on build experience within Epic Healthy Planet (population health)
- Proven ability to configure and optimize existing Epic Healthy Planet environments
- Experience working in large healthcare systems and population health initiatives preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of population health concepts, quality measures, and risk stratification
- Experience working with Epic reporting tools and data structures
- Ability to assess current-state configuration and drive optimization strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile or structured healthcare IT project environments preferred
