Job Summary

Ellit Groups is seeking an experienced OpTime/Anesthesia Go Live Support Analyst to provide on-site support during a major Epic implementation. This role is responsible for clinical and business systems analysis, application support, configuration, troubleshooting, quality improvement, user support, and go-live assistance. The analyst will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to support Epic OpTime and Anesthesia workflows, ensuring successful adoption and operational excellence during implementation activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Epic surgical services workflows, including operating room and anesthesia environments, and will serve as a liaison between end users, leadership, and technical teams to address system-related issues and optimize workflow performance.

Contract Duration: September 14, 2026 – December 31, 2026

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia implementations and go-live activities.
  • Strong understanding of operating room workflows and perioperative clinical processes.
  • Experience with system analysis, application configuration, testing, user support, and issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians, operational leaders, and technical teams.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site during the engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Epic OpTime Certification and/or Epic Anesthesia Certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Epic OpTime workflows and surgical services operations.
  • Experience with anesthesia systems and OR clinical systems.
  • Strong inventory management and operational workflow knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Previous experience supporting healthcare organizations during Epic go-lives.
  • Experience with Lumens Endoscopy is a plus.
