Job Summary
Start Date: 9/22/2026 / ASAP End Date: 12/31/2026
This position is responsible for clinical/business systems analysis, data management, technical support, maintenance, application and configuration, quality improvement, user support, implementation, and standards and regulation of the Clinical and Business Systems (CBS) throughout the organization. Responsible for all aspects of systems planning, development, and implementation, including new systems, systems upgrades, and enhancements. Other responsibilities include functioning in a collaborative manner with all departments impacted by the CBS, as well as medical staff, in meeting user needs. In addition, the analyst serves as the liaison between hospital departments regarding CBS issues and with vendors in the area of clinical/business and system support concerns.
This is a full-time role for an Epic Lumens Analyst supporting a large health care system's Epic implementation. The primary responsibilities include building and testing Epic Lumens for the organization's implementation. The Epic Lumens Analyst will maintain compliance with established organizational and healthcare standards, ensuring operational excellence. On-site support for Go-Live is expected Oct. 3 – 18, 2026.
The need for additional on-site time through the end of October is not expected but will be evaluated.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with clinical/business systems analysis, data management, and technical support within a healthcare IT environment
- Experience with systems planning, development, and implementation, including system upgrades and enhancements
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with departments and medical staff to meet end-user needs
- Experience serving as a liaison between hospital departments and vendors on clinical/business system support concerns
- Experience building and testing Epic Lumens
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with using Epic Lumens systems is highly desirable
- Skilled in Inventory Management and Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in inventory data
- Prior experience in healthcare or hospital inventory management is a plus
