Job Summary

Ellit Groups is seeking an experienced CarePort / Homecare Homebase Analyst to provide application support for post-acute and home health technology platforms. This role will focus primarily on supporting the Homecare Homebase application, including user administration, system maintenance, issue resolution, workflow support, and ongoing operational support. The analyst will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure reliable system performance and optimal end-user experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Homecare Homebase and preferably CarePort, along with a strong understanding of home health and care coordination workflows. This position will serve as a key resource supporting day-to-day operations and assisting with system enhancements and user support activities.

Duration: 12-14 Months
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Start Date: ASAP

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Homecare Homebase applications.
• Experience with application administration, configuration, and end-user support.
• Ability to create, modify, and maintain user accounts, security access, and system settings.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and resolving support tickets.
• Strong understanding of home health, post-acute care, or care coordination workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting CarePort applications.
• Familiarity with patient referral, discharge planning, and transitions of care workflows.
• Experience working within large healthcare systems or integrated delivery networks.
• Knowledge of interoperability, data exchange, or healthcare information systems.
• Experience supporting operational and clinical stakeholders in a healthcare environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant Homecare Homebase, CarePort, or healthcare IT certifications are a plus.
