Job Overview We're looking for an Email Marketing & Events Intern to join our Paris-based team. You'll support the marketing of efficy CRM , our enterprise-grade solution for scaling and compliance-driven organisations, working across email campaigns, event coordination, and partner relations. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and sales colleagues and take ownership of real projects from day one. What's in it for you? ✓ Own real campaigns in a growing European SaaS company ✓ Hands-on experience across email marketing, event logistics, and partner relations ✓ Work with modern marketing tools, including automation platforms and AI-powered tools ✓ European exposure: coordinate with colleagues and partners across multiple markets ✓ People experience programme & continuous learning ✓ Internship allowance ✓ Hybrid working policy What you'll be doing Build and send email campaigns: lead nurturing flows, newsletters, and event-driven communications Track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise subject lines, content, and CTAs Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events: conferences, roundtables, and industry gatherings Handle event logistics, including venue liaison, speaker coordination, and attendee communications Act as a day-to-day contact point with professional associations and industry bodies efficy collaborates with Maintain contact database hygiene and segmentation accuracy in our CRM and marketing automation tools Who you are Final-year Master's student (Business, Marketing, or Communications), or equivalent internship experience Available for 6 months with a university agreement Curious about email marketing, events, and B2B Detail-oriented and data-driven Comfortable with CRM tools and AI-powered platforms Native level of French Full professional fluency in English; Dutch is a plus ✦ Ready to succeed and make an impact with us?
