Be part of a hands-on and onsite team at power plants, substations, manufacturing floors, and refineries (to name a few), while performing installations and assisting our customer partners in monitoring and safeguarding their infrastructure.   Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Act as a trusted advisor and power-user of the Dragos platform, ensuring customers get maximum value for their ICS/OT security operations </li> <li>Partner with client teams to design network architecture, plan sensor placement and support deployment strategies </li> <li>Lead deployments both onsite and remotely, ensuring seamless setup and integration </li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing break/fix support and working closely with engineering teams when escalation is needed </li> <li>Manage upgrades, patches and configuration changes to keep systems running at peak performance </li> <li>Collaborate with Dragos Intelligence and Services teams on investigations and special projects </li>
