Position Overview Our immediate priority is the search for an experienced Regulatory Manager / Sr. Regulatory Manager to join the Marketing Review Services (MRS) team. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned regulatory professional with deep expertise in food and dietary supplement compliance, labeling, and claims review. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted regulatory advisor, supporting clients across the Food & Beverage, Dietary Supplement, Cosmetic, and OTC industries. In addition to providing technical regulatory guidance, this individual will play a key role in helping expand and develop the MRS practice, with significant opportunities for leadership growth and advancement. Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Compliance, or a related function within the food, dietary supplement, or closely related industries. 8+ years of direct experience reviewing and approving food and dietary supplement labeling and claims. Advanced knowledge of FDA food labeling regulations, specifically 21 CFR Part 101, with the ability to confidently interpret and apply regulatory requirements. Strong understanding of claim substantiation, compliance assessments, and regulatory risk evaluation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts to clients and internal stakeholders. Experience managing projects, client relationships, and cross-functional initiatives. Preferred Qualifications USDA labeling experience. Spanish language proficiency. Previous consulting experience supporting multiple clients and product categories. Experience leading, mentoring, or building regulatory teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct regulatory reviews of product labels, packaging, marketing materials, websites, social media content, and advertising claims. Evaluate claim substantiation and provide regulatory guidance to ensure compliance with FDA, FTC, and applicable industry regulations. Review formulas, ingredient specifications, SOPs, quality documentation, and compliance programs. Support regulatory strategy, product development initiatives, and due diligence activities for clients. Prepare and review regulatory reports, compliance assessments, and related documentation. Serve as a subject matter expert on food and dietary supplement regulations and emerging industry requirements.
