Job Description We are looking for a driven and highly autonomous legal professional to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will bridge our Global Headquarters (HQ) and the Spanish (ES) market, providing critical legal support that enables our business to scale efficiently.

Qualifications What you will have: Solid background: You have a Degree in Law. A Master’s degree (e.g., Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía, LLM, or a specialized corporate/commercial master's) and admission to the Spanish Bar are highly valued Relevant experience: You bring 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained through a mix of a top-tier law firm and an in-house legal department within a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech environment. Language fluency: Bilingual or highly proficient professional level in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will draft and negotiate complex legal documents in both languages. Any other language is more than welcome! Technical capabilities: Contractual expertise: You have a proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume and wide variety of commercial agreements (e.g., partnerships, marketing, IT, procurement, and suppliers). You have experience drafting and updating Terms & Conditions for B2B and B2C models. Previous exposure to digital platforms, e-commerce, or tech sector is a significant plus. Broad legal knowledge: You possess a strong foundation in commercial and corporate law, with the versatility to navigate overlapping regulatory, IP, and platform issues. Knowledge: Possesses deep expertise in commercial law and a strong understanding of the broader organization, business model, and industry landscape. Scope: Performs a wide range of complex activities across multiple areas (e.g., handling cross-border agreements between Spain and HQ). Autonomy: Operates with high independence and autonomy. Not only proposes improvements but actively leads the implementation of new processes and legal frameworks. Problem-solving: Solves complex, ambiguous problems where guidelines may be unclear or non-existent, balancing legal risk with commercial business objectives. Impact: Leads cross-functional projects and initiatives (like the T&Cs overhaul) that directly impact broader company goals and multiple business units. Mindset & Approach: High Autonomy & Judgment: You are a self-starter who can act as a reliable "go-to" person. You know how to prioritize tasks, resolve day-to-day issues independently, and apply sound, risk-balanced judgment. Strong Business Acumen: You don't just point out legal risks; you offer practical, business-oriented solutions that align with the company’s commercial objectives. Cross-Functional Team Player: You excel at stakeholder management and have a proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with non-legal teams across a diverse, multicultural organization. Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and actively step up to take ownership of specific projects and sub-verticals.
