Customer Support Representative (Polish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Polish -speaking Customer Support Representative to join their teams in Lisbon and support customers of well-known clothing brands. Position: Customer Support Advisor Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle all incoming contacts from customers through phone, chat and email Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience. REQUIREMENTS: C1 level of Polish and B2 English, both oral and written Passionate about customers and customer service Problem-solving skills Upbeat and positive attitude Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity. OFFER: Relocation support with a room Temporary, renewable working contract 40 Hours per week work on a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, from 7 am to 5 PM, but it might go up until 10 PM on peak seasons Two weeks training compensated 50% Holiday entitlement according to Portuguese law with 22 days off per year Initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months Subsequent extension of one more contract for 12 months Permanent contract after 2 years Private health insurance after contract signature (additional to standard insurance) A dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.
