Dave Evans | Founding Engineer | Remote | Full-time | $170k-$210k + meaningful equity I’m hiring the first senior engineering hire for an early-stage multi-agent product. This is for a senior backend/platform builder who still likes shipping product, not just designing systems. The work is a mix of orchestration, integrations, reliability, auditability, and getting useful workflow automation into users’ hands quickly. You’d work directly with me to turn a strong technical direction into a dependable product. Best fit: 6+ years shipping end-to-end, strong backend judgement, product range, low-ceremony style, and comfort with ambiguity. Helpful if you care about retries, tool boundaries, observability, and human override in AI systems. Comp is in the $170k-$210k base range with meaningful equity.
