Responsabilities • Establish project governance, delivery methodology, reporting cadence, and management controls. • Own and maintain the integrated project plan and delivery roadmap. • Drive project execution to achieve the agreed milestones and deliverables. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. • Lead governance meetings, steering committees, project reviews, and decision forums. • Define and maintain delivery metrics, project reporting, and executive dashboards. • Direct activities related to application development, testing, database implementation, environment readiness, data migration, release management, cutover, and production deployment. • Ensure completion of all validation, acceptance, readiness, compliance, and approval activities required for milestone achievement. • Manage vendor performance and delivery commitments against agreed contractual obligations. • Ensure project documentation, knowledge transfer deliverables, operational readiness requirements, and formal transition to support organizations are completed and approved. • 8+ years of project management experience leading complex enterprise IT programs and projects through the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, requirements management, execution, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to operations. • Demonstrated experience establishing and governing project delivery frameworks, including project plans, governance structures, status reporting, risk and issue management, dependency management, change control, scope management, and executive decision-making processes. • Proven track record leading cross-functional global teams and driving delivery across business, technology, infrastructure, vendor, and third-party organizations. • Extensive experience directing application development initiatives, database implementation projects, environment provisioning, data migration execution, release management activities, cutover planning, and production deployments. • Proven ability to manage project delivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives while ensuring timely escalation and resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions. • Strong communication and presentation skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level reporting, steering committee materials, governance updates, project reviews, and stakeholder communications. • Experience delivering projects within regulated environments. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences organizations is preferred. • Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, SAFe, or equivalent is preferred. • Fluent written and spoken English.
