The New Client Acquisition Team targets companies in the private, public and charity sectors, building strategic partnerships with large organisations to develop their employees in line with talent and digital strategies. The Role Join us as a Curriculum Developer for Data and play a key role in shaping, developing, and continuously improving our Data and AI apprenticeship programmes.
As part of the Product team, you will help create high-quality learning experiences that help learners build the skills, knowledge, and behaviours they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving data and AI landscape. You will work flexibly across our Data product portfolio, supporting different programmes depending on business priorities and areas of development.
This may include core apprenticeship programmes, programme variants, and tailored client solutions. Your work could involve developing new curriculum, enhancing existing learning journeys, adapting content for different learner or client contexts, and supporting major programme builds.
A key focus of the role will be creating and refining engaging e-learning content and supporting materials, ensuring they are clear, accessible, technically accurate, and aligned to apprenticeship standards and real-world industry practice. Working closely with Product Managers, coaches, subject matter experts, and other Curriculum Developers, you will translate complex Data and AI concepts into practical, meaningful learning experiences.
The role will also include reviewing and quality assuring existing curriculum content. You will evaluate learning materials for accuracy, relevance, consistency, accessibility, and learner experience, identifying opportunities to improve or modernise content as technologies, industry practices, programme requirements, and learner needs evolve.
Continuous improvement will be a core part of your work. You will monitor and respond to learner and coach feedback, review programme performance and content-related queries, identify recurring themes, and make iterative enhancements to the curriculum. You may also use tools such as Jira to track, prioritise, and resolve curriculum issues, helping us maintain a consistently high-quality learning experience across our Data programmes.
Responsibilities Develop, refine, and maintain high-quality curriculum content across Data programmes, including e-learning materials, activities, assessments, and supporting resources. Support the development of new programmes, programme variants, and bespoke or client-specific learning solutions in response to business priorities.

Collaborate with Product Managers, coaches, Curriculum Developers, and subject matter experts to ensure content is engaging, technically accurate, and aligned with programme requirements.
Translate complex Data and AI concepts into clear, practical, and accessible learning experiences for learners with a range of backgrounds and experience levels. Continuously improve curriculum by analysing feedback from learners, coaches, and stakeholders and implementing appropriate iterative enhancements.

Use tools such as Jira to log, track, prioritise, and resolve curriculum-related work and content issues. Keep learning content current with developments in data, analytics, artificial intelligence, tools, technologies, and industry practice.
Support curriculum quality assurance processes and maintain consistently high standards across learning materials and programmes. Identify opportunities to enhance learner engagement, progression, and outcomes through improvements to content, activities, and learning design.
