We are looking for a Sr. DevOps with C1/C2 English level, responsible for designing, managing, and scaling cloud infrastructure in AWS environments. You should have solid experience in Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code with knowledge in pipeline automation and deployment of solutions based on AI (Agentic AI). An autonomous profile is expected, oriented towards standards, security, and performance optimization in high-demand workloads.

What You Can Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)

• Manage and scale cloud infrastructure across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistency across environments (dev, staging, production).
• Automate CI/CD pipelines for: Code, AI Agent Deployment, AI Agent Orchestration.
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS).
• Implement and manage containers with Docker.
• Configure and maintain AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and IAM.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, focusing on Latency, efficient resource utilization, and high-consumption AI Workloads.
• Implement automation practices using Terraform, CloudFormation, and/or Ansible.
• Manage IAM accesses, roles, and policies, ensuring security and compliance.
• Collaborate with development and AI teams to optimize deployment and model operation processes.

Requirements

• Advanced English C1/C2 (oral and written).
• +5 years of solid experience working with Amazon Web Services.
• +5 years of proven experience with EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM.
• +5 years of experience in containers and orchestration; Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• +5 years of experience managing high-availability production environments.
• +3 years of experience in monitoring and optimizing distributed systems.
• +5 years of experience managing IAM accesses, roles, and policies in AWS.

Desirables

• Experience with AI Ops tools such as MLflow or Lang Graph.
• Knowledge in observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
