About the Role This is a high-ownership content marketing role at a fast-growing AI-powered business communication startup, focused entirely on the US market. You'll define the brand voice across the full customer journey — from paid ads to organic social to product messaging — and work closely with a small, ambitious team to drive discovery, trust, and growth among SMB customers. What You'll Do Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy for the US market, shaping how businesses discover and trust the product. Write and iterate on website copy and landing pages optimised for US audiences and conversion. Produce high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social video formats. Build and execute organic content strategies across relevant social platforms. Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to develop authentic content. Use A/B testing, analytics, and user research to continuously improve messaging performance. Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing. Proven background in B2B SaaS or a fast-moving software environment. Native or C2-level English proficiency with a strong command of US market tone and nuance. Demonstrated ability to write conversion-focused copy grounded in performance marketing principles. Hands-on experience with paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and video ad scripting. Experience running organic content strategies across social media platforms. Analytical mindset with a track record of using data and experimentation to improve results. Comfort working autonomously and end-to-end on projects in a lean team environment. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $70,000 – $150,000 USD annually.
