At Chapter 2, we’re not just scaling businesses — we’re designing the future of work.We build scalable talent ecosystems that empower organisations to hire smarter, faster, and with far greater strategic impact than traditional RPO models allow.Through a powerful blend of human insight, data-driven intelligence and technology-first thinking, we help companies globally solve today’s talent challenges and prepare for tomorrow’s opportunities. With a global footprint spanning the UK, South Africa, the US, India and Europe, our team thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and innovation.
Our holistic approach combines a dedicated embedded talent, best in breed technology and employer branding into organisations across all sectors. The Role Talent Intelligence at Chapter 2 delivers bespoke labour-market research, enterprise TA dashboards and analytics for clients and for the business.
We helpclients decide where to build teams, what those teams will cost and how their hiring performs. As our Talent Intelligence Analyst, you’ll work directly with our Talent Intelligence Lead in London. This is a research role first: sizing talent pools, benchmarking pay, comparing locations and mapping competitors, and making sure every number that leaves the building stands up.It suits someone with a real curiosity about AI: you’ll explore new tools, test what theycan and can’t do, and build the best of them into how we research and analyse.
Yourwork goes straight into client deliverables and leadership decisions. You don’t need arecruitment background; we’ll teach you the talent side. What you’ll be doing Turn research briefs into structured, well-sourced datasets: salary benchmarks, talent pool sizing, location comparisons and competitor insight.
Gather and triangulate market data from platforms such as LinkedIn Talent nsights and Juicebox, public data and company filings, until the figures are defensible. Automate the mundane, using Claude Code, Gemini Deep Research, LLM APIs and automation tools to speed up collection, cleaning and analysis.
Act as the quality gate: reconcile datasets, sense-check findings and flag anything that doesn’t add up before it reaches a client. Document our methodologies, source notes and runbooks so our research is repeatable. Support dashboards, change requests and trackers across the function, and help turn new requests into clear, well-scoped tasks.
Keep on top of new AI tools and bring forward the ones worth adopting. What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone with advanced knowledge of data, analytics and AI, and the judgement to put all three to work on real research questions. You’ll ideally bring: A sharp eye for data that doesn’t add up, such as duplicate records, gaps or a salary benchmark that can’t be right, and the discipline to check your own work as closely as anyone else’s.
A genuine curiosity about AI. You use AI tools daily and know the landscape: what Claude Code is and why it leads the field, when Gemini Deep Research earns its keep, and where LLMs go wrong. Research rigour: you know a strong source from a weak one and triangulate before you trust a number.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (modelling, lookups, pivots, data cleaning). Clear, client-ready written English, and the confidence to ask questions early. An experimental streak: you’re happy to try new LLMs, automation platforms and scraping tools, and you hold anything client-facing to a higher standard. It would be great if you also have: SQL, and Python for scripting, scraping or analysis.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Juicebox or similar talent-data platforms. Data visualisation in Fabric/Power BI or Tableau, or custom visualisations built with React and Vite. Familiarity with Node.js as the runtime behind web apps and dashboards.
Exposure to Neon, AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms. A working knowledge of data protection, such as POPIA or UK GDPR. Familiarity with Git and the software development lifecycle.
Experience with HR or ATS data (Workday, Teamtailor, iCIMS). Benefits and Rewards Designed Around You Because your hard work deserves more than just recognition—it deserves celebration. At Chapter 2 we're passionate about helping you shape a career that aligns with your aspirations, passions, and personal growth.
