Healthcare Operations Manager

Raventra Health is a medical services company providing outsourced billing, coding, and claims processing solutions for provider groups and hospitals. As a Healthcare Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day revenue cycle operations and help ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently across client accounts. You will coordinate operational teams, monitor performance, resolve escalations, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and service quality. WHAT YOU WILL DO Oversee day-to-day operations across billing, coding, claims, payment posting, and accounts receivable functions Coordinate workloads and priorities across operational teams to support client requirements Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and other operational performance metrics Review operational reports and identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement Manage escalated operational issues and coordinate timely resolution with the appropriate teams Work with Client Success Managers to address client concerns and maintain service standards Develop and improve processes, procedures, and internal operating standards Support training, coaching, and performance development for operational team members Ensure teams follow established healthcare privacy, security, and compliance procedures Communicate operational priorities, risks, and performance updates to leadership WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or healthcare services Experience managing or coordinating healthcare operations teams Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, including billing, coding, claims, payment posting, and AR Experience monitoring operational KPIs and using data to improve performance Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities and make effective operational decisions Strong communication skills and ability to work with both internal teams and client stakeholders Experience managing escalations and resolving operational issues Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment HIPAA-compliant private workspace NICE TO HAVE Experience working with provider groups or hospitals Healthcare revenue cycle management certification Familiarity with Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or other healthcare systems Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement experience Experience with outsourced healthcare services or multi-client operations COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Compensation will be discussed during the interview and will reflect the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant healthcare operations expertise.
