About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Functional Analyst to join our team. As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of advanced software systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process models, and other documentation to support system design and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and interpret results to support decision-making processes.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and resolve conflicts.
• Create and maintain project artifacts, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Perform gap analysis between current and desired business processes.
• Support testing activities by creating test plans and executing test cases.
• Provide training and support to end-users during system implementation.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in technical fields (engineering, computer science) and economics. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong skills in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and analysis.
• Experience with public housing management bodies and organizations such as IACP (Istituti Autonomi Case Popolari) or other regional/provincial bodies.
• Knowledge of reference regulations in the public housing sector.
• Familiarity with rent collection, arrears, and maintenance management processes.
• Experience with regional and national regulations on public housing, including specific ERP regulations, housing plans, and public contributions.
• Experience in analyzing and managing cadastral, asset, and administrative data related to public real estate.
• Ability to draft clear and structured functional documentation (requirements analysis, use cases, flowcharts).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Monday).
• Familiarity with UML and other diagramming tools.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent knowledge of Italian.
