Responsibilities
Own the overall content and community strategy for Binance Square, defining the long-term roadmap for content ecosystem evolution, including content classification, recommendation strategy optimization, and distribution and filtering mechanisms. Drive DAU growth and user retention as core objectives — design and iterate community content recommendation strategies and distribution logic to fuel data-driven growth.
Analyze the correlation between community engagement patterns and user trading behaviors to formulate growth strategies, while driving cross-team strategic alignment and competitive analysis. Ability to independently own the full closed loop — from feature design to strategy formulation, data validation, and iterative optimization — translating strategy into concrete product solutions end-to-end.
Requirements
3~8 years of experience in product strategy, community operations, or content ecosystem roles; experience with crypto/Web3 community products is a strong plus. Strategic thinking ability in content ecosystem architecture, balancing short-term pragmatism with long-term vision. Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize community health, content quality, and engagement loops.
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills to drive multi-stakeholder consensus on strategic direction and execution. Highly Relevant
