About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space.

Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across non-tech roles Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards) Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever) Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
