We're building a new global Berlitz, and this is your opportunity to help shape it. Nearly 150 years of expertise, meeting the ambition and technology to power a new era of learning. If you are the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn’t afraid of a blank page, and is excited to help shape the future of a global company undergoing a significant transformation, you might belong at Berlitz!
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Platform team in an internal-facing role focused on delivery excellence. You'll be the connective tissue across product teams — enabling fast, informed decision-making, keeping engineering delivery on track day-to-day, making sure our platform holds up to country-specific regulatory requirements as we scale globally and defining requirements for the platform back office.
Alongside the day-to-day delivery work, you'll run a set of platform-wide programs: centralizing consent management and interfacing with the GTM team. This role is less about owning a single customer-facing roadmap and more about being the operational and program backbone that keeps cross-functional delivery moving smoothly and compliantly.
What You'll Do Delivery & Coordination Liaise with Group Product Managers (GPMs) — Act as a key point of coordination across product fault lines, surfacing decisions that need to be made and driving them to quick, well-informed resolution. Lead daily ceremonies — Run stand-ups and other recurring delivery ceremonies with engineering, keeping teams aligned on priorities, blockers, and progress.
Troubleshoot with engineering — Partner directly with engineering leads to unblock delivery issues in real time, digging into technical details as needed. Lead triage for cross-cutting bugs and defects — Own the process for identifying, prioritizing, and assigning ownership of issues that span multiple product areas or teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Drive process improvement — Identify recurring delivery bottlenecks or compliance gaps and put in place scalable processes to prevent them. Platform Delivery (Program) Country-specific requirements — Own the platform-wide program ensuring the platform meets country-specific regulatory and functional requirements (e.g., GDPR and other regional regulations) consistently as we scale globally.
Centralize consent management — Lead the program to consolidate consent management (data processing, marketing, cookie consent, etc.) into a single, consistent framework across the platform, replacing fragmented per-product implementations. Build the platform back office for technical support .
What We're Looking For 6+ years of product management experience, including experience in platform or delivery-focused roles. Proven ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive decisions quickly, especially in ambiguous or contested situations. Strong operational rigor — comfortable running ceremonies, triage processes, and cross-team workflows, alongside running longer-running platform programs and owning a live product.
Experience working closely with engineering on troubleshooting and delivery issues; technical fluency is important. Experience owning a partner-facing or multi-market product, with sensitivity to regional variation across a large footprint (70 countries, in this case). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders (including GPMs) without direct authority.
A bias toward action and strong prioritization instincts in a fast-moving, cross-cutting role. Nice to Have Experience in a platform or infrastructure product role at a multi-market or global company. Background working with legal/compliance teams on regulatory rollouts, especially consent management programs.
Experience setting up or scaling incident management, bug triage, or internal support tooling. Experience with franchise, partner, or multi-tenant portal products specifically. Why You Should Join Most internal-facing delivery roles are pure coordination — you keep other people's things moving and own nothing yourself.
This one comes with real roadmap and experience decisions for making a platform product portfolio truly global. Sitting across all the GPMs gives you genuine organizational leverage and visibility into the whole product landscape, which builds the kind of cross-functional credibility that prepares you for future leadership roles.
You'll also get to build things properly rather than patch them: centralized consent management is greenfield, replacing fragmented per-product implementations that most people inherit and spend years apologizing for. At Berlitz, connecting people across languages and cultures is at the heart of what we do.
Our global workplace reflects the diverse world we serve, bringing together different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. We create an inclusive environment where everyone has an equal opportunity to belong, contribute and grow. Ready to shape what’s next? Join us and help build the future with us.
