Join us as our interim HR Coordinator ! In this interim, nine-month contract role, you will support and improve People operations to deliver a smooth, compliant and employee-centered experience for our EMEA team. The successful candidate will help implement People strategies that support retention, engagement, culture, and business goals, while using HR data, systems, and best practices to drive efficient processes and continuous improvement across the organization.
Location: Remote, based in the UK Hours: Monday through Thursday, 32 hours per week What You’ll Do (aka Responsibilities):: Core Competencies include: Creative problem-solving, continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, clear communication, and a strong growth mindset. The successful candidate will be results-driven, able to manage priorities and projects independently, assess risk and change thoughtfully, support adoption of new tools and technologies, and work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality HR operations outcomes.
Role Competencies include: HR Operations: Deliver people-centric HR solutions, maintain compliant policies and processes, support HR systems, manage HR documentation, and improve operational efficiency. Employee Lifecycle: Manage key employee lifecycle activities, including right-to-work checks, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, entitlements, and internal communications.
Data Insights: Analyze employee data, prepare reports, identify trends, and support HR and business decision-making through recurring data activities. Learning & Development: Support regional employee development by helping create learning content, training pathways, and development programs. Employee
Experience
Streamline HR processes, improve employee experience through digital tools, support health and safety compliance, and manage routine HR communications. Change Management: Support senior leadership with change management activities and related HR procedures. Reward & Recognition: Administer employee recognition, wellbeing activities, and reward-related processes while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Performance Management: Support performance review cycles, manage performance tools and reporting, and maintain competency frameworks aligned across the business.

What You’ll Bring (aka Experience, Qualifications, Skills): Minimum 2-3 years HR experience Administrative skills, including a methodical and detailed approach to work Tech-savvy mindset to leverage People technologies effectively.
Experience in using HR Information Systems, BambooHR experience required. Excellent Microsoft Office skills required, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint highly desirable. Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to exercise confidentially when communicating with employees and Managers outside of HR Comfortable working across geographies and time zones as part of a global HR team Education: Graduate level HR related Degree (CIPD level 3 or 5) or Business Administration
