We are seeking a creative, highly organized Producer/Senior Producer to help grow Axios’ original video portfolio. This hands-on, end-to-end producer will take ideas from concept through production, post-production, publishing, and audience growth. The role will support original Axios video programming, including The Axios Show, and other editorial video formats across YouTube, social, and digital platforms. The Producer/Senior Producer will partner with editorial, video, social, audience, revenue, and external production partners to turn strong ideas into compelling, visually engaging video. This person will be equally comfortable developing a treatment, directing a shoot, editing a finished piece, managing production timelines, and working with on-camera talent. This range does not include other compensation benefits. Axios' compensation philosophy takes into account cost of labor differentials across the country. Because this is a remote-optional job posting, this salary range takes into account all possible locations within the United States, but candidates will only be eligible for the salary range for their location.
