Company Overview

A technology company providing AI-powered tools, educational resources, and data analytics, with an affiliated law firm, FairPlay Law, PLLC. FairPlay operates in a sophisticated, professional space — employment law and legal tech — and is building out its marketing presence across LinkedIn, its website, and (longer-term) a companion site for the law firm.

Role Overview

The company is looking for a broad-based marketer, not just a content creator. Getting a post written and published is only the first step — this role owns everything that happens after: amplifying reach (organizing engagement, comments, and cross-promotion), tracking performance, and reporting back on what's working and why.

Deep, pre-existing HubSpot expertise is not a gating requirement — HubSpot is a tracking and distribution tool that a strong marketer can learn on the job — but the person must already understand the mechanics of organic growth and distribution on LinkedIn (and ideally other platforms) and be comfortable owning reporting once tools are in place.

This person will work closely with Sanjay and David, and content creation itself may be lightly supported or handled separately, so the priority is someone who can operate across the full funnel rather than one narrow function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own LinkedIn strategy and execution: posting, engagement, and organic audience growth as the primary platform
  • Drive amplification of posts — coordinating comments/engagement from the team's networks, not just publishing and waiting
  • Track and report on campaign and content performance, tying results back to tools like HubSpot as they come online
  • Support content creation and copywriting for a professional, white-collar audience (light lift — full ownership not required if creation is handled separately)
  • Manage additional social channels (e.g. Instagram) as the presence expands
  • Support basic website content updates and monitor the site/LinkedIn ecosystem for gaps or opportunities
  • Communicate proactively — share work in progress, flag blockers early, and give regular status updates rather than going quiet
