Remote | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Anyone AI is recruiting experienced Python Software Engineers for a series of paid, project-based engagements with a leading AI lab . You’ll work on clearly scoped software engineering projects involving real-world codebases and development challenges.
Projects may include debugging, feature development, refactoring, migrations, testing, and technical review. This is a strong fit for experienced engineers looking for flexible, remote project work alongside other professional commitments . What We’re Looking For 2–7 years of professional software engineering experience Strong proficiency in Python Professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript Working knowledge of at least one additional language such as Java, C#, or Go Backend or full-stack experience with production systems Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing Ability to confidently navigate and debug large, multi-file codebases Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations Advanced professional written proficiency in English Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills What You’ll Work On Depending on the project, you may: Debug and resolve issues across complex, multi-file codebases Implement new backend or full-stack functionality Refactor and migrate existing systems Develop and extend unit and integration test suites Write clear technical specifications and reference implementations Review code and technical submissions for correctness and quality Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes Validate that requirements, code, tests, and expected outputs are aligned Projects are individually scoped, allowing contributors to take on work based on their availability and expertise .
