You have monitored a developing situation with incomplete information, decided whether a signal was credible enough to escalate, and lived with the consequences of that call. You know the difference between noise and a genuine indicator, and you know how much of that work is still done by hand.  Now you want to solve those problems at scale for thousands of security teams instead of one. You are curious about how customers actually work rather than how they say they work, comfortable making decisions with imperfect data, and energized by turning a messy operational problem into software that ships. You are as interested in the practitioner’s daily reality as you are in the roadmap that serves it.  Risk Intelligence is one of the fastest-moving areas of our product. Open sources surface indicators of violence, unrest, executive targeting, brand-directed activity, and physical risk earlier than any other channel — and separating the meaningful few from the overwhelming many is the hard problem. You will own how AlertMedia solves it.  What you get to do every day:   Customer and Market Understanding   <ul> <li>Develop deep expertise in the personas we serve — corporate security, intelligence analysts, executive protection, threat assessment, brand and communications teams — including how their work is structured, staffed, measured, and escalated. </li> <li>Interview customers and prospects continuously. Run discovery conversations, ride-alongs, and feedback sessions that produce specific problem statements rather than feature requests. </li> <li>Maintain a clear, current view of the problems we solve well today, where we can improve, and the problems we should be solving 12 to 24 months from now. </li> <li>Track industry trends, threat landscape shifts, platform and data-access changes, regulatory developments, and the competitive field, and translate them into implications for our roadmap. </li> </ul> Prioritization and Roadmap Ownership   <ul> <li>Own a value stream in the Risk Intelligence roadmap: decide what we build, what we defer, and what we decline, with reasoning that stands up to scrutiny. </li> <li>Balance business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends when sequencing work, and make the tradeoffs explicit to stakeholders. </li> <li>Define the problem sets and jobs to be done that anchor each initiative, so the team understands the outcome before it debates the solution. </li> </ul> Working With Development and Design   <ul> <li>Partner with Engineering and Design to translate customer problems into specifications, acceptance criteria, and deliverable milestones the team can execute against. </li> <li>Break large initiatives into releasable increments that produce customer value early and inform what comes next. </li> <li>Stay close through delivery — grooming, scope decisions, testing, and launch readiness — and resolve ambiguity before it becomes rework. </li> </ul> Prototyping With AI Tooling   <ul> <li>Use AI development and design tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, and Codex to build working prototypes, pressure-test concepts, and put something tangible in front of customers in days rather than quarters. </li> <li>Treat prototypes as a research method: use them to invalidate weak ideas inexpensively and to sharpen strong ones before Engineering commits. </li> <li>Bring that fluency to the wider product team and raise the bar for how quickly we can move from idea to evidence. </li> </ul> Measurement   <ul> <li data-leveltext="·" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="14" support them with confidence. </li> <li>Translate product functionality into narratives and practical applications that customer-facing teams can use in real conversations. </li> <li>Lead internal training, demos, and Q&A sessions so the organization understands not just what shipped but why it matters to the people who use it. </li> </ul> What you bring to the role:   <ul> <li>Operational experience protecting people, businesses, or brands — in corporate security, intelligence, threat assessment, executive protection, law enforcement, military, a global security operations center, or a comparable environment. </li> <li>Hands-on experience using social and open-source threat intelligence products as a practitioner, with a clear point of view on where they help and where they fall short. </li> <li>Working knowledge of manual open-source intelligence tradecraft — source discovery and validation, platform-specific search and Boolean logic, geolocation and imagery verification, persona and account analysis, and corroboration across sources. </li> <li>Product management experience, or demonstrated ownership of a product-adjacent function such as intelligence program design, tooling selection, or internal capability building. </li> <li>Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions from incomplete or conflicting information. </li> <li>Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to hold a technical conversation with Engineering and a strategic one with an executive on the same day. </li> <li>Comfort with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software. </li> <li>A collaborative, no-ego approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. </li> <li>Resourcefulness — you keep going when the path is not clear. </li> <li>Energetic, empathetic, and earnest, with a consistent record of delivering quality work on schedule. </li> </ul> Bonus   <ul> <li>Experience building or scaling an
