Spanish-Speaking Virtual Medical Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, professional bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant to support a busy orthopedic surgery practice specializing in Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault patients.

Job Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls in English and Spanish.
• Interpreting conversations between physicians, staff, and Spanish-speaking patients.
• Assisting with appointment scheduling and basic patient inquiries.
• Helping patients complete forms and understand office instructions.
• Providing general administrative support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Fluent in both spoken English and Spanish.
• Excellent telephone communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Prior experience in a medical office, healthcare, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Experience with medical terminology, orthopedic practices, Workers’ Compensation, or No-Fault cases is a plus but not required.
