  1. Action1 is led by industry veterans Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who founded Netwrix, which has grown into an industry-leading, multibillion-dollar cybersecurity company. We are looking for a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for endpoint configuration management capabilities.

You will combine engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to help customers define desired configurations, apply changes safely, and maintain consistent settings across their environments. Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and regular feedback.

Own delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and make capacity and priority tradeoffs visible. Work with Product Management and EVP to define priorities and translate customer needs into executive reporting capabilities. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of configuration management features, including: Configuration policies, templates, and reusable settings, including CIS Benchmark-based baselines.

Assessment of endpoint configurations against supported baselines and reporting of deviations. Endpoint targeting, grouping, and policy assignment. Configuration discovery and comparison with desired state.

Detection and remediation of configuration drift. Validation, staged rollout, and rollback of configuration changes where supported. Configuration status reporting, change history, and audit trails.

Guide technical decisions within the assigned domain from solution design through development and production rollout, coordinating cross-cutting architecture and security decisions with their designated owners. Establish clear definitions for metrics, reporting periods, data freshness, and missing data so customers can interpret results accurately.

Coordinate with Product Value and core engineering teams on source data, reporting content, access controls, and shared infrastructure. Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying reporting services.\ Apply AI technologies where they improve development What we're looking for Experience leading software engineers and owning the delivery and operation of production systems.

Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to guide architecture and contribute to technical problem-solving. Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python. Experience building and operating AWS services in production.

Hands-on experience with endpoint management, configuration automation, or systems that enforce desired state. Understanding of operating system configuration, policy evaluation, idempotent operations, and safe change execution. Experience designing systems that handle intermittent connectivity and partial failures.

Strong communication skills and the ability to align engineering work with product priorities. Professional working proficiency in English for leading an English-speaking team and collaborating across functions. Nice to have Experience writing automated tests for configuration changes and remediation workflows.

Proficiency in SQL. Experience with PowerShell and Windows administration. Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution.

Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance. Experience building high-load products with numerous endpoints. Experience with CIS Benchmarks, configuration baselines, policy versioning, and auditability.
