Job Description
Our client is a trusted partner in the financial-banking sector in Germany, both in the public and private sectors who offers services for over 150,000 banking workstations and for more than 4,500 employees. It covers over 60% of banking sector in Germany.

Responsibilities

Build Modern Digital Workplaces: Design and develop business applications using SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and TypeScript, helping organisations improve collaboration and productivity. Shape User Experiences: Create intuitive web parts, extensions, and custom solutions that enhance employee engagement and simplify access to information across Microsoft 365 environments.

Connect the Microsoft Ecosystem: Integrate Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Entra ID, and Azure services to deliver seamless and secure business solutions. Drive Solution Quality: Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with engineering standards, security requirements, and best practices.

Partner with Customers: Collaborate directly with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Contribute Beyond Projects: Share knowledge within the Microsoft 365 community, mentor colleagues, and explore emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered development tools.

Qualifications

Must Have Experience developing solutions with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Advanced German & English language skills, both written and spoken Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services through Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST APIs Understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, governance, and information architecture Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, or API Management Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders Strong communication and consultancy skills Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.

Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result. Nice to Have Azure Logic Apps Infrastructure as Code concepts Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and Agents Microsoft certifications such as MS-600, MS-900, AZ-204, or PL-900
