Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Evaluation Paralegal to join our team on-site in our Burbank office . The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in employment litigation or pre-litigation. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing intake files, speaking with clients, evaluating the legal strength of potential claims, and drafting clear recommendations for attorney review.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze intake files and identify potential employment law violations, damages, and liability. Conduct client interviews to gather and clarify critical facts. Assess claim viability and prepare written case evaluations.
Make clear, well-supported recommendations to attorneys. Collaborate with attorneys during the case underwriting process. Communicate with clients professionally and compassionately. Maintain accurate records and documentation in the case management system.
Qualifications
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in employment law, litigation support, or pre-litigation evaluation. Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Excellent writing, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with strong time-management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus , but not required.
