Your Position

• Work side-by-side with the product managers for heat pumps and dive deep into the product portfolio.
• Be part of exciting innovations in sustainable energy solutions – you will accompany the product's journey and be the interface to numerous internal and external stakeholders.
• You will work independently and responsibly, thus becoming an indispensable part of our team.
• Your tasks will range from detailed technical product and competitor comparisons to long-term strategic assignments and concrete, implementation-relevant projects.
• Become a storyteller: Make complex, technical products related to heat pumps simply and excitingly understandable for our sales teams.
• Support us in identifying, visualizing, and continuously improving the right product metrics to make the success of our mission measurable.
• Drive the adoption of future-oriented technologies and strategically use AI tools to make our product management processes and analyses more innovative and efficient.

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program at a German university in business, industrial engineering, or a related field and can support us as an intern for at least 4 months or, by arrangement, as a working student (15-20 hours per week).
• You have already gained initial practical experience in product management, strategy development, or market insights – whether through relevant internships or your own projects where you have demonstrated your talent for independent work.
• First exposure to, interest in, or prior knowledge of heat pumps and heating technology is a plus.
• High affinity for/prior knowledge of AI – you ideally have already gained experience with AI tools.
• Strong communication skills – you can prepare technical concepts clearly and understandably for different target groups.
• An extremely independent, proactive, and structured way of working with a strong sense of ownership – you maintain an overview even with complex projects and bring a high degree of reliability.
• Flexibility and adaptability – you feel comfortable in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary work environment and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
• Agile and results-oriented mindset – you think solution-oriented and bring a true team player mentality.
• Fluent German (C-level) and fluent English, both written and spoken.
