Your Position

You will lead strategic projects and programs for the rapid and sustainable improvement of efficiency and quality in our operational units. You will work closely with local craft businesses and installation partners and optimize operational performance on-site. You will, if necessary, temporarily take over the management of a location, stabilize the organization, and build a sustainable leadership structure. You will actively further develop the operations strategy through operational programs. You will regularly travel within Germany & Europe (up to 3–4 days per week) to understand and improve processes directly on-site.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• More than 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in operations, industry, or craft-related companies.
• At least 2–3 years of disciplinary leadership experience with commercial and non-commercial employees.
• You are able to build sustainable working relationships with hub and site managers.
• You lead commercial teams confidently and on an equal footing.
• You think entrepreneurially, act pragmatically, and take ownership.
• Fluent in German and English (C-level), Spanish is an additional plus.
