Your Position

In your role, you will assume the position of the responsible electrical engineer (vEFK) and be registered as the technical operations manager for the electrical trade in the Munich Chamber of Crafts, to legally guarantee the technical and operational management of the entire operation nationwide. The establishment of a robust order cascade is in your hands; you will precisely delegate technical responsibility down to the regional level to the site managers, to ensure a seamless chain of liability. In your role as team lead, you will assume full disciplinary responsibility for the lead electricians and site managers, including personnel selection, performance management, and the individual career development of your team. To ensure execution quality, you will monitor technical processes using digital media and strengthen compliance through random physical safety audits directly on construction sites. You will continuously develop standards for digital documentation and minimize liability risk through mandatory remote reviews of critical work steps. You will ensure a qualified workforce by controlling the deployment of authorized personnel, coordinating annual safety training, and seamlessly monitoring the validity of special certificates such as AuS (Working under live voltage) & Low/Medium Voltage switching authorizations. Your area of responsibility also includes the full operational readiness of measuring equipment; you will organize the cyclical calibration process of all VDE test equipment for nationwide teams and define the required minimum equipment. You will centrally manage network operator relations, coordinating entries in installer directories (VNB) and acting as the technical point of contact to legally support commissioning applications (E.8 protocols). You will track current developments in electrical and building technology regulations (e.g., through FNN or technical conferences) and proactively translate these normative changes into our operational processes. You will ensure that all work and training are carried out legally (e.g., according to VDE, DGUV V3). This includes, among other things, risk assessments for the creation and control of occupational safety measures.

Your Profile

• You are a master electrician, technician, or engineer (Diplom / Bachelor / Master) in electrical engineering with extensive experience in electrical installation / electrical engineering.
• As a recognized electrical engineer (according to VDE), you are fully qualified.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the relevant standards / rules / laws / regulations for electrical installation, such as VDE DIN / IEC, state building codes, VdS (Association of German Property Insurers), DGUV.
• You fully meet the requirements for registration in the installer directory (license holder) with distribution network operators (VNB) and ideally have the "Netzanschlüsse" (TREI) certificate of competence.
• You have extensive experience in testing electrical installations according to VDE 0100 using modern measuring technology (e.g., installation testers, loop impedance testers).
• You have several years of experience in disciplinary leadership as well as in the technical management and legally compliant delegation of decentralized teams.
• Ideally, you have already gained specific knowledge in the setup or operation of PV systems, battery storage, and charging infrastructure.
• You work independently and solution-oriented, convincing with technical understanding and the highest level of diligence.
• You are willing to travel up to 30% nationwide and possess a Class B driver's license.
• We require very good German language skills (C2 level).
