To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Construction Manager for Large-Scale PV Systems (m/f/d) who wants to contribute their expertise in construction projects from the initial site visit to successful grid connection in the areas of photovoltaics, storage, and charging infrastructure. Your Position
- Independent management of construction projects from the initial site visit to successful grid connection in the areas of photovoltaics, storage, and charging infrastructure.
- Coordination and leadership of subcontractors on the construction site from installation to acceptance.
- Ensuring adherence to deadlines, cost control, and high execution quality of projects.
- Monitoring construction site processes, including briefing all involved parties and managing processes.
- Conducting and accompanying acceptances, as well as identifying and tracking defects.
Your Profile
- Completed training as an electrician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in the field of photovoltaics or energy projects.
- Structured way of working combined with organizational talent and assertiveness.
- Experience in managing and coordinating external service providers and trades.
- Driver's license class B and willingness to travel within the region.
